Streamlining and sustaining a strong brand

Founded in 2009, Jack Allen’s Kitchen is a beloved restaurant serving up southern comfort food with a Texas twist. The Jack Allen’s team asked us to help strengthen their established look & feel, tell their story in new and meaningful ways, sharpen messaging, and find creative ways to deepen their existing ties to the community.

the Solution

We started first by organizing all the existing brand assets and creating a streamlined system for future asset creation. We then developed a marketing calendar to highlight Jack Allen’s strong vendor relationships, community partnerships, and invaluable team members across social, email, and earned media, and then got to work telling those stories, like:

  • Jack Allen’s constant ability to pivot through the pandemic with new to-go programs, menu items, and operational improvements.
  • Their commitment to the single-barrel program through The Kindred Spirits videos we conceptualized, directed, and produced with Texas bourbon distillers Treaty Oak and Garrison Brothers.
  • Creating a one-of-a-kind, Jack-sized “Barrel of Cheers” holiday gift featuring a barrel full of Jack Allen’s Elijah Craig Old Fashioned.
  • How not even a global pandemic could put a halt to their years-long tradition of serving active military members and their families on Veterans Day.


In 2021 we helped the Jack Allen’s team open their fifth location in Cedar Park with community relations, publicity, social and email announcements, signage and opening collateral, and original photography.
